These nine light glazed Downham oak doors are a timeless classic design, featuring a nine light glazing configuration over two raised and fielded lower panels with traditional Ovolo beading. Available unglazed ready to fit with your choice of glass, or with an obscure decorative etched glass pack with blue starburst corners, or pre-glazed with clear glass. Downham doors make the perfect feature door to match four panel solid doors for traditional and period style interiors.

Oak Downham Glazed Doors

Oak Downham glazed doors feature premium quality crown cut American white oak veneers with solid oak glazing bars and beading. The 10mm solid oak lippings allow up to 7mm to be trimmed from each edge (more is possible on the bottom edge), and the scope of 4 off-the-shelf sizes with glazing options means there is a Downham oak glazed door for most standard door frames. Glazed Downham doors are supplied unfinished, and ready for your choice of a solvent based wood-stain, or our recommendation of the Osmo door oil treatment, available in two options: the 'raw' finish, which imparts a matte, open-grain appearance, or the 'clear' finish, resulting in a satin, open-grain effect.
