Yale 85 Deadlocking Night Latch With Cylinder Polished Chrome
This Yale 89 night latch has a polished chrome case and strikeplate with polished chrome cylinder and will provide a standard level of security for both exterior and interior doors. The Yale 85 has a 40mm backset and features a security lock with manual deadlocking function operated by a reverse turn of the key in the outside cylinder. The Yale 85 also features a snib function that can deadlock or hold back the latch-bolt so rendering the lock inoperable by key or handle.
The Yale 85 nightlatch features an easily reversible latchbolt, and reverse strike plates are available to suit outward opening doors. The Yale-85 nightlatch should be used in conjunction with a British Standard lock when securing an external door. The case is 62mm long by 70mm wide, the keep is 26mm by 70mm.
This Yale 85 door lock is supplied with a chrome case and strike-plate, chrome 1109 5 pin cylinder, polished chrome cylinder bezel, 2 keys, fittings and screws.
