Yale 89 Deadlocking Night Latch With Cylinder Polished Brass

This Yale 89 night latch has a brass case and strikeplate with brass cylinder and will provide a standard level of security for both exterior and interior doors. The Yale 89 has a 60mm backset and features a security lock with manual deadlocking function operated by a reverse turn of the key in the outside cylinder. The Yale 89 also features a snib function that can deadlock or hold back the latch-bolt so rendering the lock inoperable by key or handle.

The Yale 89 nightlatch features an easily reversible latchbolt, and reverse strike plates are available to suit outward opening doors. The Yale-89 nightlatch should be used in conjunction with a British Standard lock when securing an external door. The case is 92mm long by 70mm wide, the keep is 26mm by 70mm.

This Yale 89 door lock is supplied with a brasslux case and strike-plate, brass 1109 5 pin cylinder, polished brass cylinder bezel, 2 keys, fittings and screws.
