This superior architectural quality heavy duty tubular door latch is manufactured by the Imperial lock company and features a solid brass foreplate and strike-plate with a sprung loaded brass latch.
The tubular latch has a 98mm case depth, 75mm backset with a 25mm x 57mm faceplate, 27mm x 70mm strike-plate and requires a 25mm diameter mortice.
This 4" tubular latch is suitable for internal or external timber doors and is supplied in single units complete with fixings.
