The rack bolt is a mortice dead-bolt for use as a security bolt and can also be used with a thumb turn and release set for use on a WC or bathroom door or similar application.

This mortice rack bolt features a bright polished chrome finish, the case depth is 88mm long and has a backset (distance from the face-plate to the centre of the follower) is 58mm. The faceplate measures 20mm x 42mm, the keep measures 19mm x 41mm, and the escutcheon measures 18mm x 36mm.

This polished chrome rack bolt has an overall projection of 19mm, and is supplied in single units complete with screws, escutcheon, keep and faceplate.
