Yale 99 Black Night-Latch Case Only
The Yale 99 traditional night latch case is a standard security night-latch and will provide a basic level of security, and will require a suitable standard cylinder (available separately or as a set).
The traditional Yale 77 door lock case is 65mm wide by 92mm long, with a 60mm backset (distance from the front of the face-plate to the centre of the key hole), the keep is 65mm by 31mm.
The black Yale 99 night latch has a reversible latch to suit outward opening doors when used in conjunction with a reverse strike plate (available separately). A snib function locks the latch in either the open or closed position (deadlock). This night latch is suitable for all timber doors, but we recommend that a mortice lock or similar is also fitted when securing external doors to provide additional security.
