This Briton overhead door closer is the UK's no 1 selling door closer. This overhead door closer is suitable for high traffic locations and is CE marked with a 2-hour fire rating, making it suitable for both FD30 & FD60 fire door applications.

The Briton 2003E is a size 1-4 door closer with adjustable power sizes of between 1 & 4 designed to meet the requirements of BS8300, it features the Xact-Fit installation system for accurate positioning and quick installation. The Briton 2003V is designed to be fully compliant with EN 1154 and `best practice` codes for performance, reliability, and safety.

The Briton 2003V is suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide weighing no more than 80kg, the maximum angle of opening is 180 degrees, with separate latch action and closing speed, adjustable back check, built in temperature compensation for environments between -15 to +40 deg. Celsius, a manual hold open option, and is non-handed for LH or RH applications.

This silver overhead door closer has dimensions of 249mm long, 48mm high, by 59mm deep, the arm is 490mm long when fully closed, and is supplied with fitting instructions, template, fixtures and fittings.
