The rack bolt is a mortice dead-bolt primarily for use as a security bolt and usually fitted to windows, but can also be used on doors to provide additional security.

This premium quality mortice rack bolt from the Jedo collection features a brass finish, the case depth has a backset (distance from the face-plate to the centre of the follower) of 15mm. The faceplate measures 20mm x 44mm, the keep measures 20mm x 42mm, and the escutcheon measures 19mm x 38mm.

This brass rack bolt is supplied in single units complete with screws, escutcheon, keep and faceplate.
