This satin brass architectural door latch features a 64mm 2.1./2" inch case length, with a 45mm backset (distance from faceplate to centre of spindle hole). the satin brass finish will compliment other, satin or matt brass, finished door furniture.

Satin Brass Tubular Door Latch

This satin brass tubular door latch is supplied complete with color matched, screw fixings, a 25 x 60mm face plate with 45mm screw centres. The strike plate keep is 25mm x 65mm, with 45mm screw centres, a tongue projection of 14mm and a height of 31mm, the keep dust/splinter box provides the finishing touches for a neat professional finish.

Matt Brass Tubular Mortice Latch

This matt brass tubular mortice latch is suitable for sprung door handles on rose or backplate (this tubular mortice latch is to short for use with door knobs or fire doors). This latch will accept an 8mm spindle, and requires a minimum 1" inch (25.4mm) diameter mortice.

PRO TIPS:
• Use a spare screw to ensure the pilot holes are the correct size prior to final installation, especially important in aged hardwoods, and oak.
• To fine tune the closing position, use a flat blade screwdriver to bend the folded adjustment tab on the strike plate to ensure the door closes to the correct position.
