Selected Oak timbers featuring natural defects such as knots and mineral deposit staining provide a rustic character for an olde-worlde look, ideal for enhancing many types of period properties, cottages, and barn conversions.

This 27 x 78 inch solid Oak cottage door features a ledged design that is more suited to Suffolk type latches or rim lock furniture. We supply this door unfinished and would definitely recommend a solvent based finish is applied, however due to the solid Oak construction some oils and hardwax finishes may also be suitable for this internal door, please contact us for advice in this instance, and always refer to our door handling & finishing guidelines.
