This is the most impressive door latch on the market, featuring a magnetic latching system activated when the door is in the closed. There is not a softer closing latch than this, the latch is operated in the normal way with the door handle, when the door is opened the latch bolt is magnetically retracted in to the latch case.

The Mag-Latch features a 86mm case depth, requiring a standard 1" inch (25mm) hole. The backset is 60mm (distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the spindle hole). The brushed satin nickel faceplate is 25mm x 65mm, with 41mm screw fixings. The satin nickel keep measures 25mm x 65mm and is mounted in front of the dust box that contains the closing magnet.

This satin nickel door latch is also suitable for bolt through fixing sprung door knobs and levers, and is supplied with all fixtures and fittings.
