This soft close 72mm smart tubular door latch is a premium quality designer fast fit door latch, and features a polished chrome fore-plate and strike-plates (1 round & 1 rectangular) with a spring loaded metal follower, and soft close rounded metal latch bolt.

3" Inch Smart Tubular Door Latch

This 3" smart latch has a 72mm case depth, 57mm backset (distance from the front of the face-plate to the centre of the 8mm spindle follower). The round faceplate is 27mm in diameter, the rectangular keep is 28mm x 70mm with 20mm projection strike plate, the round keep is 32mm in diameter with a 12mm projection strike plate tongue.

This smart door latch can be fitted in less than 5 minutes and is suitable for most door handles including handles that require bolt through or back-to-back fixings, and is supplied in single units complete with fitting screws.
