This premium UK quality traditional antique reproduction hand forged telescopic sleeved letter plate from the Tudor collection in a superior UV protected antique black finish is hand crafted from malleable iron with a zinc phosphate treatment for additional rust and corrosion resistance that makes this letter box an ideal choice for coastal areas, and the perfect choice for cottage style and period properties.

This reproduction antique letterbox plate features a colour matched black iron metal frame with sprung loaded interior and exterior 45 degree opening flaps that help prevent weather ingress, stops draughts, and reduce the transmission of sound. The overall width is 270mm wide by 72mm high with an aperture of 213mm x 36mm and require a minimum cut out size of 232mm x 48mm (cut-out area is central to the letter plate), the sleeve is suitable for doors between 44-75mm thick. The screw fixing centres are 238mm and require 5-8mm mounting holes. NB fixing bolts required may need cutting down to suit the thickness of the door.

This black antique telescopic letter plate will suit all timber, composite, and uPVC doors (subject to minimum thickness of 44mm), is quick and easy to install, and supplied complete with all fixtures and fittings.
