61mm Backset Polished Chrome Heavy Duty Mortice Door Latch

This 3.3/16" inch premium UK quality heavy duty architectural double sprung tubular door latch in a superior bright silver polished chrome finish to compliment other polished chrome door furniture and fittings. Featuring a soft close curved latch with a 61mm backset (distance from faceplate to centre of spindle receiver). The 81mm case depth will require minimum 25mm (1" inch) diameter mortice.

Supplied with all screw fixings, a 27mm x 58mm polished chrome face plate with 43mm screw centres. The polished chrome strike plate keep is 29mm x 70mm, with 54mm screw centres, a tongue projection of 12mm and a height of 39mm, the keep bust box provides the finishing touches for a neat professional finish.

This bolt through passage latch has been designed to match polished chrome door furniture, and is suitable for all door handles, sprung and unsprung door knobs with an 8mm spindle including bolt through back-to-back fixing roses. The heavy duty latch follower (spindle hole) can be operated both clockwise & anticlockwise

PRO TIP:
• Adjust the tab blade on the striker keep with a flat screwdriver to ensure the door closes to the correct position.
