This premium UK quality Victorian style letter box cover plate from the Heritage collection in a superior polished nickel finish that ideal for traditional properties and architecture. This letterplate is suited to horizontal installations, and features a spring loaded letter flap.

Polished Nickel Letter Box

Exterior letter box plate 356mm wide by 127mm high with a maximum projection of 9mm from the door face, the letter plate aperture is 285mm x 63mm ideal for large letters. This letter plate cover will require a cut-out width between 290mm-310mm wide, and 70-100mm high. The fixing centres are 320mm with M6 bolt through fixings and colour matched nickel dome nuts suitable for doors up to 60mm thick.

This polished nickel letter plate will suit all timber and composite doors, it is supplied complete with all fixtures and fixings.

Polished Nickel Finish

This premium quality letterbox features a highly polished mirror like nickel finish with a subtle golden hue that provide a warm, mellow alternative to polished chrome. This finish is not coated and will naturally oxidise over time by taking on a subtle aged patina if not regularly buffed and polished with a soft cloth.

PRO TIPS:
• For the best aesthetics counterbore the rear bolt fixings below the door surface and refill the hole.
• When fitting to timber doors, make sure any bare wood exposed by cutting or machining is properly sealed with high quality solvent based paint or wood-stain system to prevent any moisture ingress that may damage the door.
