Bespoke Mexicana fire door is constructed with engineered timber components and features 10mm solid lippings with a 10mm FJL inner lipping that provides additional fixing stability. We can manufacture a Mexicana fire door up to 2400mm high and up to 1200mm wide by 44mm thick subject to maximum size restraints.

This custom size Mexicano oak FD30 fire door is supplied unfinished ready for your choice of solvent based; wood stain finish, clear lacquer, or our recommendation of the Osmo door oil treatment. Please refer to our door handling & finishing guidelines. Please allow 12-18 weeks for manufacture once drawings are signed off.
