We can manufacture a Carini fire door up to 2400mm high and up to 1200mm wide, subject to maximum size restraints. This Carini fire door is constructed with engineered timber components and features 10mm solid lippings with a 10mm FJL inner lipping that provides additional fixing stability, and allow a few millimetres to be trimmed from each edge for installation purposes, and avoid trimming the top edge.

This custom size Carini oak FD30 fire door is supplied unfinished ready for your choice of solvent based; wood stain finish, clear lacquer, or our recommendation of the Osmo door oil treatment in a choice of 'raw' finish for a matt open grain look, or the 'clear' for a satin open grain effect, either one will provide a natural looking finish that will show the real beauty of the oak and provide a tactile touch.
