Exiblade Twin Flipper Fire Smoke & Acoustic Seal

Exiblade White Twin Flipper seals provide intumescent fire, smoke, and acoustic seals for 30 minute FD30 fire doors. These seals are Certifire approved and fire tested to BS 476: Part 22, BS EN 1634-1. Smoke tested to BS 476: Part 31.1. Acoustically tested to BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010, up to 44DB.

This pack of white intumescent fire, smoke and acoustic seals are 10mm wide x 4mm thick with twin 5mm projecting fins. Supplied as 5 x 1.05m lengths, enough to seal single door-sets up to 1050 x 2150mm doors.

Installation is achieved by cutting to size, and installing in to a 10 x 4mm rebate on either the door leaf or frame. The self-adhesive backing tape facilitates a quick and easy installation.
