This made to measure white primed fire door from the Ely collection, featuring the classic vertical panel design with deep V-grooves with premium MDF smooth facings that facilitate a premium paint system finish. The Ely white primed fire door is an ideal choice for modern and traditional interiors.

Bespoke Ely White Fire Door

We can manufacture an Ely white fire door up to 2400mm high and up to 1200mm wide, subject to maximum size restraints. This Ely white fire door is constructed with engineered timber components and features the signature 30mm solid lippings that allow a few millimetres to be trimmed from each edge for installation purposes (avoid trimming the top edge), or installed as a casement fire door pair.

Custom Size Ely Primed FD30 Door

This custom size Ely primed FD30 fire door is supplied with a premium double-coated white primed finish that saves on installation costs and time, minimising the extensive preparation work to achieve a flawless paint system finish. We usually only recommend solvent based finishes, however, due to the MDF facings this door is also suitable for water-based finishes, the reduced drying times will further save on fitting costs and time.
